Both Day Pass & Week Pass grant you access to the facilities. However access to classes is exclusive to Week Pass & Membership holders.

Can I freeze or extend my membership?
- 12-week: freeze up to 2 weeks
- 26-week: freeze up to 1 month
- Yearly: freeze up to 2 months
Freezes must be requested before the freezing period starts. No extensions or freezes are available for 4-week or week passes. Medical-related freeze requests (with a doctor’s note) can be reviewed by management. No excuses, no last-minute requests.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes—but only within 3 days of your original purchase. If you’re leveling up, you’ll just need to pay the difference. All upgrades must be approved by management. No downgrades, no second thoughts—so choose wisely.
Can I get a refund on my membership or pass?
Memberships, passes, and PT sessions are 100% upfront, and 100% non-refundable. Commitment looks good on you.
Do you allow filming and content creation?
Only with written permission from our marketing team, scheduled in advance.
Can I train my clients here if I’m a coach?
Only if you’re on our payroll. No outside coaching, soliciting, or self-marketing inside Wrong Gym. We're here to protect the vibe and our team.
How to claim my discount from the partners?
You need to be a member (+4-Week) to obtain a membership card to show to our partners to redeem your exclusive discount or offer.
