STRENGTH
5 BY 5 STRENGTH - METCON

A class that focuses on compound movements using Dumbells and Kettlebells mixed with functional mobility. It's a full-body workout class that will challenge your strength and metabolic conditioning.
We pick 5 compound exercises and perform them every minute on the minute. while incorporating functional joint preparation to optimise each lift. 

PUSH PULL POWER

The TRIPLE P class is a unique and exciting class that focuses on PUSH & PULL compound movements and incorporates POWER aspects into the workout. This class will improve your strength and make you more explosive while helping you to become at foundational training patterns.

LOWER MOBILITY

BASIC FREEDOM of movement — Addressing BASIC and primary functions of the spine and shoulders for the Upper Mobility ;

Hips, knees and ankles for the Lower Mobility. Encompassing the baseline joint strength, flexibility and longevity so you can progress in any rehab, skill and sport needs. 

FEMME FLOW

This engaging workout combines full-body and flow movements with targeted exercises to strengthen and tone your glutes while working your entire body. Join us for an energizing session that leaves you feeling stronger and more cantered.

CALISTHENICS FUNDAMENTALS

Fundamental mastery of bodyweight strength. Mobilising basic push, pull, single leg squats to developing or finetuning handstands, levers and dragon squat variations. Mastering full basic bent and straight arm strength, better leg reactivity, eventually primes your own bodily support - your own crude strength

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa flow is a lively and dynamic session crafted to harmonize the body and mind through synchronized movements with breath. In this 60-minute practice, we seamlessly weave together the grace of movement, precise adjustments, and invigorating stretches. 

 

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga fuses dynamic movement, yoga postures, concentration, and breath work to nurture both mental and physical strength. In this hour-long class, participants enhance flexibility, build muscle tone, and fortify overall strength.

POSTURE PILATES

This 60 minute practice activates your powerhouse—comprising muscles supporting your trunk, including the abdominals, pelvic floor, lower back, and glutes to support an aligned and refined posture.

Clearing the line between passive flexibility to regulate the nervous system and active flexibility to realise support and strength in our own joints. From full gymnastic straddles to a circus-esque Box Splits, expect to find comfort in the uncomfortable.

The class is setup in the way that you do as many reps as you can within the time limits. Every week we will challenge ourselves to hit as many reps as we can.
