CLASS SCHEDULE

HIIT

AMRAP

Experience the ultimate full body workout to heighten your athletic performance. It's a heart-pounding, sweat-inducing adventure that tests your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. This structured workout targets major muscle groups for a balanced and transformative session. Ideal for athletes and those seeking total-body fitness enhancement. The class is set up in the way that you do as many reps as you can within the time limits. Every week we will challenge ourselves to hit as many reps as we can.

HYBRID TRAINING

A comprehensive workout that combines strength, cardio, and functional exercises to deliver a balanced and effective fitness routine. This class draws from various training methods, offering a dynamic approach that challenges the whole body and enhances overall fitness. Perfect for those looking to improve strength, endurance, and mobility in one session.

SAVAGE SATURDAY

A class is designed to gradually take you closer and closer into your lactic threshold state and once there keep you in that state with the outcome of improving circuit training using Technogym machines and equipment.

HIIT CLASSIC

A heart rate training class is a guided workout where you monitor your heart rate to get the most out of your cardio exercise. 

SCULPT & SWEAT

Sculpt & Sweat is a high intensity circuit class. This full body workout incorporates a mixture of functional fitness & cardiovascular equipment that will help you to build your overall endurance.

STRENGTH

METCON

This class combines compound movements with functional mobility, challenging both your strength and endurance in a high-intensity workout. Using dumbbells and kettlebells, this full-body workout will provide strength and metabolic conditioning including functional joint preparation to optimize each exercise. 

PUSH PULL POWER

This Triple P class focuses on improving strength and training foundations through Push & Pull compound movements. It incorporates POWER at different levels to emphasize the techniques in the workout and to push you beyond your limits.

IN HER POWER

Tone, sculpt, and build confidence with our empowering upper body workout designed for women. Using light weights and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on creating definition and strength without bulk. Join us to feel strong, sleek, and beautifully sculpted—because strong is the new beautiful!

AB ATTACK

A high-intensity core-focused workout, targeting every angle of your abdominals for maximum strength and definition. A program built to improve core strength and tone through dynamic exercises and sculpt those abs to your desires.

CALISTHENICS FUNDAMENTALS

Fundamental mastery of bodyweight strength. Mobilising basic push, pull, single leg squats to developing or finetuning handstands, levers and dragon squat variations. Mastering full basic bent and straight arm strength, better leg reactivity, eventually primes your own bodily support - your own crude strength.

BOOTY

BOOTY BURN

You'll experience a high-intensity workout designed to help you achieve your best booty ever. Known for delivering jaw-dropping results, this class combines expert knowledge with cutting-edge techniques to target your glutes. Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, innovative resistance exercises, and powerful bodyweight moves with the booty band.

BOOTY BUILD

With a focus on strength training and proper form, each class is crafted to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your glutes, incorporating hypertrophy concepts for maximum results. You'll experience dynamic warm-ups, targeted resistance training, and a mix of effective bodyweight exercises and weightlifting, all aimed at delivering a comprehensive and engaging workout.

BRAZILIAN CIRCUIT TRAINING

Brazilian Circuit Training (BCT) is a dynamic group workout focused on core strength, coordination, cardio, and posture. Originating in Brazil, it targets both the upper and lower body — with special attention to the glutes. Using cross-training techniques that activate all three glute muscles, BCT is known for its signature "butt-lift" effect, a method made famous worldwide over the past three decades. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, the circuit is easily adjustable with weight variations and flexible repetition counts, making it effective and accessible for all levels.

YOGA

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga fuses dynamic movement, yoga postures, concentration, and breath work to nurture both mental and physical strength. In this hour-long class, participants enhance flexibility, build muscle tone, and fortify overall strength.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is meant to work with more passive but deeply-held poses. Movements will target the connective tissues of the body, in contrast to Vinyasa which targets the muscles. Exercises in Yin Yoga will allow for breath to flow through the body and to allow for energy flow to the organs.

VINYASA FLOW

A lively and dynamic yoga class that teaches you how to synchronize your movements with breath. Through poses, precise adjustments and invigorating stretches, you’ll learn to become one with your body and heal it from the inside out.

SUNRISE YOGA

Set under the beauty of the Bali sun, these yoga sessions are designed to increase strength, flexibility and mindfulness— offering a holistic approach to fitness that will heal and awaken you to the strength of your body and mind. 

DEEP STRETCH YOGA

A contemplative practice of deep breathing and stretches meant to allow for opening of connective tissues and muscles to target ligaments, joints and bones for better recovery and for increased physical and mental awareness.

BREATHWORK

Finding optimal respiration through playing with different rhythms of breath to bring more awareness to the body and mind for full relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.

MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY

UPPER MOBILITY

Open up your shoulders, spine, and chest to achieve greater freedom of movement and improved posture. Upper Mobility sessions blend dynamic flows with focused mobility drills designed to release stiffness and elevate your training. Whether you're lifting, boxing, or just living—mobility matters.

LOWER MOBILITY

Unlock your hips, improve flexibility, and build a stronger foundation in our Lower Mobility class. Combining dynamic stretches and targeted movements, you’ll boost your range of motion, ease muscle tension, and enhance overall athletic performance. Perfect for recovery days or leveling-up your lifts—move better, lift better.

FLEXIBILITY

Finding pure strength in flexibility. In that, finding pure relaxation in strength. Clearing the line between passive flexibility to regulate the nervous system and active flexibility to realise support and strength in our own joints. From full gymnastic straddles to a circus-esque Box Splits, expect to find comfort in the uncomfortable.

FULL BODY STRETCH

Learn to improve your flexibility, increase mobility and enhance recovery in this newest fitness class. Through guided stretching exercises and full body relaxation techniques, you will notice reduced muscle stiffness and soreness, better circulation and faster fitness recovery.
