GYM FAQ's

Do you have showers and lockers?

Of course. Clean, sleek, and always stocked.

Lockers are available during your workout—just drop a key deposit and you're good. And yes, the showers are spa-grade with all bath amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers.

Can I workout barefoot?

It is only allowed in the Hell Room and the Rooftop. Shoes are mandatory in the Open Gym and Panic Room area.

Do I have to rent the equipment I need for my workout or boxing?

No need to rent, we have everything you need at your disposal.

Is the gym air-conditioned?

Yes—cool, clean, and climate-controlled. It’s Bali outside, but you can leave the humidity at the door.

Do you provide towels?

Yes. Towels are provided for both training and the spa area. It’s one less thing for you to carry.

Do you offer filtered water?

Yes. We replaced infused water with ultra-filtered hydration.

Can I use all spaces with my membership or day pass?

Mostly, yes. But class areas have priority during scheduled sessions—check the class schedule to avoid interruptions.
