We have tried to answer the most common questions.
DAY PASS
Below are some common questions about our day pass policy.
Can I purchase a Day Pass at Wrong Gym?
Yes, Day Passes are available for non-members who want to experience the gym. However, they might be limited to specific hours depending on capcity and do not include access to classes.
What time can I use the Day Pass?
Day Pass if for all the day. From the moment you purchase up to the time we close the same day at 10:00 PM.
You can also leave in the morning and come back later at night.
Can I join a class with a Day Pass?
Unfortunately, Day Passes do not include access to any classes, as all spots are reserved for our members who book in advance.
Can I use the spa or recovery area with a Day Pass?
Yes! The Day Pass includes access to our full open gym areas and recovery facilities like the sauna, pool, and ice bath — just not the group classes.
Can I bring a guest with my Day Pass?
Each Day Pass is valid for one individual only. If you’re visiting with a friend, they’ll need their own Day Pass as well.
MEMBERSHIPS
Below are some of are common questions about our memberships.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes, depending on the membership tier:
• 4-week: no freeze
• 12-week: 1 freeze up to 2 weeks
• 26-week: 1 freeze up to 1 month
• 1-year: 1 freeze up to 2 months
All freezes must be requested in advance.
Can I upgrade my membership after purchase?
Absolutely — upgrades are possible within 1 days of purchase, subject to management approval. Just cover the upgrade fee and we’ll handle the rest.
Can I bring a guest?
Founder Members only can bring 1 guest for free each month. For all others, guests can join with a Day Pass (starting from 1 PM).
Do I get access to classes with my membership?
Yes — unlimited access to all classes, but you must book your spot in advance through our app. Classes fill up quickly, so reserve as early as possible (48 hours prior).
What’s included in my membership?
Everything. All memberships include:
• Open gym access (Heaven, Hell Room, Panic Room, Booty Room, The Lab)
• Spa & recovery area (ice bath, sauna, pool)
• Unlimited group classes
• Locker access
• Towel service
• Wi-Fi & lounge access
Is there a registration fee?
Nope — we don’t believe in hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
How do I renew my membership?
Simply renew at reception or online. Some tiers may include renewal perks or exclusive partner discounts — ask our team for current offers.
Can I get a tour before joining?
100%. Just drop by reception and we’ll show you around. You’ll see why there’s no wrong place to train — but one place to do it right.
CLASSES
Below are some common questions about our classes.
How do I book a class?
Bookings open 48 hours before class time via our website, app, or at reception. Set your alarm — the popular ones get snatched up quickly.
What happens if I’m late to class?
If you're more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to someone on standby. Our coaches start on time — respect the hustle.
What if I don’t show up for a class I booked?
Miss your class without notice? We may temporarily suspend your class booking access for one week. No ghosting your gains.
Do I need experience to join the classes?
Not at all. We’ve got something for every level, and our coaches are here to guide you. Just show up, show out.
How many people are in each class?
It depends on the format, but we keep class sizes limited to 8 to 20 people to ensure coaching attention and space to move. Small classes. Big impact.
Are there women-only classes?
Yes. We offer select classes specifically designed for women — check the schedule for details like Booty Burn or In Her Power.
CHANGING ROOMS
Below some information about our changing rooms and what we provide.
Are lockers available for all members?
Yes. Lockers are available for use during your workout — just leave a deposit item (key, ID, etc.) at reception and grab a key.
Can I keep my belongings in a locker overnight?
Nope. Lockers are for same-day use only. Anything left overnight may be removed by staff.
I lost my locker key — now what?
Lost key = IDR 300,000 fee. We love you, but keys aren’t cheap.
Can I bring food into the changing room?
No food, drinks, or protein shakes in the changing rooms. Keep it classy, not crusty.
What’s the dress code in the changing areas?
Keep it appropriate — no nudity outside the shower, and always use a towel. We’re a gym, not a day spa.
Are showers and amenities available?
Yes — enjoy our high-end showers, fresh towels, and vanity stations. we've got spa-quality soap and shampoo stocked and ready.
PERSONAL TRAINING

I bought a personal training package. Can I cancel it and get a refund?
PT packages are non-refundable and non-transferable — but they are results-driven. Let’s keep moving forward.
How long are PT sessions?
Each session is typically 60 minutes, fully personalized and intensity-approved.
Can I do a trial session before buying a package?
Sometimes we run special offers or intro sessions with new trainers — ask the front desk or keep an eye on our socials for promos.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancel later than that or don’t show? We’ll have to charge for the session — fair’s fair.
PAYMENT & REFUND
Below our most frequent questions about payment and refunds. We're strict on our terms, but we also understand sometimes unexpected circumstances might happen. Contact us for any particular situation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept , credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Not Cash anymore
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after buying a membership?
Nope, only the same day as your purchase. All memberships, passes, and packages are non-refundable — as clearly stated in our terms. Commitment is part of the workout.
Can I transfer my membership to a friend?
Sorry, memberships are non-transferable. Your gains are yours alone. In any special case, contact our front desk.
Can I pay in installments?
For now, all memberships are paid 100% upfront. No payment plans — just results.
