FAQs

How do I book a Personal Training session?

Easy. Head to the front desk or message us directly. We’ll pair you with the right trainer based on your goals, style, and energy. Or you can request your favorite coach—if they’ve still got space.

Can I choose my trainer?

Yes, as long as they’re available. We’ve got a dream team—bodybuilders, athletes, yoga masters, boxing champs. Pick your flavor of pain (the good kind).

How do I pay for PT sessions?

All Personal Training is paid upfront in packages (1, 8, 16, or 24 sessions). You can grab them at the front desk. No pay-as-you-go here.

When do my PT sessions expire?

We don’t do forever plans

8 sessions → expires in 4 weeks
16 sessions → expires in 8 weeks
24 sessions → expires in 12 weeks

No extensions. No exceptions. We’re here to keep you consistent, not casual.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Give us 24 hours' notice. Less than that and it’s a 50% fee. No-show or same-day? Full charge. Respect your coach’s time—they’re here for you.

Can I change trainers midway through a package?

You can, but we recommend staying consistent unless something’s not working. Talk to the front desk or our fitness team—we’ll guide you.

Can I freeze or extend my package?

PT packages can’t be frozen or extended unless it’s for medical reasons—with a doctor’s note.

Is PT included in my membership?

PT is an add-on service. Membership gives you access to facilities and classes, but if you want that 1-on-1 magic—it’s a separate package.
