Linda is a multidisciplinary movement expert and creative professional with a lifelong passion for physical expression and rhythm. She began her journey at just five years old with classical ballet, laying the foundation for a deep and enduring connection to movement. Over the years, she expanded her practice through diverse disciplines including vaulting, fencing, and equestrian training — developing an approach grounded in both discipline and artistry.

In 2022, Linda discovered Brazilian circuit training in Bali — a practice that harmonized strength, flow, and music in a way that deeply resonated with her. Drawing from her extensive career in the music industry — where she has collaborated with some of the world’s leading artists — she found a way to merge her two core passions: movement and music.

Today, Linda leads dynamic, music-driven movement sessions in Bali, offering a holistic alternative to conventional high-intensity workouts. Her classes emphasize intentionality, emotional connection, and joy — creating a space where participants can reconnect with their bodies, tune into rhythm, and move with purpose.
