This is an Agreement between you (the “Member” or
“You”) and Wrong Gym (“The Gym”, “us”, “We” or “we”), a company registered in Indonesia.
1. ELIGILITY:
All members who hold a minimum length of 4 weeks or longer-term memberships are
eligible to receive exclusive benefits with our affiliated partners.
2. ISSUANCE OF THE CARD
Information on the card (such as full name) must match your official ID.
You agree to provide accurate personal information such as name, phone
number, birthday, email, photo, and anything required on and for Wrong Gym’s
customer database information system. You agree to tell us immediately of any
changes to your personal details, including contact information.
By accepting the issuance of Partner Benefit card, members agree to all the terms and conditions of our partners and their
redemption and usage requirements.
3. OVERAL PROGRAM BENEFITS
Benefits with our affiliated partners may change without notice and
effective immediately. Please check with Wrong Gym, on location or on social
media and website for the latest information. Please carefully read the benefit
details of each of our partners.
4. REDEMPTION ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
In order to redeem the benefit with our partners, you must present the
physical Partner Benefit card with a matching official ID to our partners.
You are only permitted to redeem the benefit for yourself only. You are
not allowed to cover the expenses of any other persons.
Our Partner reserves the right to reject your redemption and eligibility
if you are found or suspected of abusing the benefits and/or if you do not have
matching ID.
Redemption eligibility and requirements may be subject to change and vary
by business. Please check with us for the latest information.
5. CANCELLATION:
Our Partner reserves the right to report to Wrong Gym any ill use of the
Partner Benefit card, in which case, Wrong Gym reserves the right to revoke
your benefits and request the Partner Benefit card returned to us. If the card
is not returned at request of Wrong Gym, Wrong Gym reserves the right to hold
your membership without any refund or liability to you.
If your membership is cancelled due to misconduct of the Membership
Agreement, you are expected to return the Partner Benefit card immediately.
