Wrong Gym is looking for a Receptionist to join the front lines of our member experience. As the face of the brand, you'll help create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment for every member and guest. From managing check-ins to guiding tours and supporting sales, you’ll help bring the Wrong Gym experience to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle daily front desk tasks including check-ins, inquiries, and bookings.
Provide accurate information about classes, trainers, and services.
Conduct facility tours and promote membership options and upgrades.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support membership sales and product upsells.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Respond to client feedback and escalate concerns as needed.
Help manage inventory and promotional materials at the front desk.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Fluent in English (Bahasa is a bonus).
Confident in giving tours and promoting services.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
