Terms & Conditions:
How to Apply & Become a Founder Member:
  • Secure your spot by completing the registration form within 7 days of this message.
  • Our team will contact you to arrange payment via bank transfer.
  • Once payment is received within 7 days. we will confirm your full registration.
Access to The Wrong Gym:
  • As a Founder Member, you'll enjoy priority access ahead of others.
  • We anticipate our official opening in Summer 2023 (July/August).
  • Your membership can be activated at any time upon your first visit to our facility.
Membership Details:
  • Your membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to The Wrong Gym's privacy policy and terms & conditions. Please view this on our website
  • We respect your preferences, and you can modify your contact preferences or unsubscribe from our communications at any time. As a valued Founder Member, you'll also receive regular updates, news, event information, and exclusive benefits from The Wrong Gym.

Gym Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Agreement: By purchasing a gym membership, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. Membership Options: The gym offers various membership options with different features, durations, and associated costs. Please refer to the membership brochure or website for specific details.
  3. Membership Fees: Members are responsible for paying the required membership fees according to the selected membership option. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  4. Membership Period: The membership period begins on the start date specified and continues for the duration indicated in the membership agreement, unless terminated earlier according to the terms herein.
  5. Facility Usage: Members are entitled to use the gym facilities during operating hours. Any additional rules and regulations governing facility usage, including equipment guidelines and dress code, must be adhered to at all times.
  6. Guests and Visitors: Members may be permitted to bring guests or visitors to the gym, subject to applicable policies and any associated guest fees. The member is responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests while on the premises.
  7. Membership Freeze/Hold: Members may request to freeze or put their membership on hold for a specified period, subject to the gym's freeze policy. Additional fees or requirements may apply.
  8. Membership Cancellation: Non-refundable, Non-modifiable, Non-transferable. Once purchased, memberships at Wrong Gym Bali cannot be refunded, modified, or transferred. Please carefully consider your choice before making a purchase.
  9. Member Conduct: Members must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and follow all gym rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment, will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
  10. Safety and Liability: Members acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their personal health and safety while using the gym facilities. The gym will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
  11. Changes and Amendments: The gym reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions with prior notice to members. Such changes will be effective upon notification.
  12. Privacy: The gym will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Members consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for gym-related purposes.
  13. Termination by the Gym: The gym reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates any terms and conditions or engages in behavior that disrupts the gym's operations or compromises the safety of other members.
  14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Indonesia]. Any disputes arising from membership or facility usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
