Join us for a morning of Nervous System reset using energising and powerful breathwork techniques and deliberate cold exposure in the ice bath. Throughout the whole event, we'll be using heart rate monitors to track your heart rate, and show you the profound influence of these practices (breath, meditation, ice) on your nervous system.
