Wrong Gym is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our reception team and ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage a team of receptionists, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support the receptionist team for smooth daily operations.
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and ensure proper front desk coverage.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Handle escalated member concerns efficiently and ensure high service quality.
Oversee member records, including registrations and payments.
Maintain a well-organized, presentable, and fully stocked reception area.
Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
Monitor front desk equipment and supplies, ensuring functionality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Assist with membership sales, renewals, and promotions.
Provide detailed information about gym services, amenities, and offerings.
